Ana Paula Trajano is chef and owner of Brasil A Gosto - once you have entered this place, It's a name that you won't forget easily. She has extensively researched Brazilian cuisine after graduating in Business Administration. Following her studies, she trained at distinguished schools of gastronomy in Italy such as the "Istituto per la Promozione dele Cultura Alimentare" in Millan and the Costigliole D'asti in Piedmont. She worked at Beccofini restaurant in Florence as an apprentice and her experiences in Europe helped in her own growth as a chef and influenced her artistry in the kitchen. After her travels, she returned to Brazil in 2003. With Brazil being a large country, the possibilities of finding a range of creative ingredients and recipes was extremely high. With this, Ana decided that Brazilian cookery had a lot the potential to grow and in recognition in Brazil and the world scene. Brasil A Gosto was opened in 2006 with one mission: to show the best of Brazilian cookery and fall in love with the cuisine as Ana did during her research. The menu is varied and amazingly different as everything you will have experienced in your life.. Usually the typical Brazilian would eat pasta, fast food or other convenience food so the menu is a refreshing return to the roots of local produce and taste. When I show the sample menu I'm sure you'll want to visit it as much as me. Entries:
