The decor is based in harmony between classic and modern It's a fantastic place to spend time with your family or in a bussiness meeting. | Profile: Alex Atala is passionate about Brazilian nature, gastronomy and life. He's a guy who doesn't lose the opportunity to experience Brazilian ingredients and use them in his own cooking techniques. Atala began at age 19, in a Belgium school called Hospitality School of Namur. Then, he worked in French restaurants such as Jean Pierre Bruneau's and Bernard Loiseau's. Also, he worked as a trainee in Hotel de la Cote D'or and, finally in Montepellier and Milan. In 1994, he came back to São Paulo and worked on Filomena and 72 restaurants. In 1999, he opened his own restaurant, the accalimed and well known D.O.M. since then, Brazilian cuisine became sophisticated, surprising and loved by many people, Brazilians or not. |
